For our business partner, a leading provider of electronic payment solutions in Romania, we are looking for a Senior IT Business Analyst to join their world-class community of talented teams.
Its mission is to make the future of payments safer, more modern, and better adapted to the customer's needs, and they offer its customers an omnichannel approach to making self-service purchases.
You will have the chance to be involved in all of their current projects, working in a team with the Technical Project Manager and acting as an intermediary between the project stakeholder(s), Software Development Manager, and Development Teams.
We are looking for a colleague from any city in Romania.
Key responsibilities:
- Collects business requirements and evaluates them in terms of business opportunity as well as technical implications.
- Organizes the business requirements into technical requirements and manages the timeline of implementation.
- Develop spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps to document needs.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Meet with stakeholders to clarify specific requirements of each project.
- Acting as an intermediary between the project stakeholder(s), Software Development Manager, and Development Teams.
- Circulating and obtaining acceptance sign-off.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Follows up on implementations and quality of deliverables.
- Monitors executions of tasks to ensure delivery in the agreed timeline.
- Analyze customer feedback and action to influence the roadmap and ensure ongoing client satisfaction.
- Writing good quality user stories and acceptance criteria so that a developer can work effectively.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in working on software projects.
- Experience in understanding a business or a process and presenting it in a structured way e.g. Business Process Modelling, Use Case modeling, or User Story development.
- Experience in capturing user needs and requirements in several ways e.g. workshops, structured interviews.
- Experience in writing requirements (Functional and Non-Functional).
- Have strong communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Possess the ability to work collaboratively to formulate and identify solutions.
- Have a proven track record of producing requirements to a consistently high standard.
- Are well organized, responsible, and dedicated with the ability to work on multiple projects in parallel.
- Have strong internal and external stakeholder influencing skills.
- Ideally, be familiar with Microsoft Azure DevOps, and have experience in utilizing Agile software development methodologies.
