The Role:

We are looking for an organized, super reliable, web-savvy individual with a passion for working smarter, not harder. As an assistant, you would be expected to manage the online catalog and create social media posts on a regular basis. Projects and tasks will come and go. They could involve data entry, Google Sheets work, website design, and user testing. We all help one another here.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Contribute to ongoing product optimization efforts
  • Product Descriptions
  • Meta Title
  • Meta Description
  • Alt-Text
  • Compressed Product Images
  • Coordinate Social Media: Plan, Design, and Schedule Posts

Secondary Responsibilities (Preferred)

Google Sheet Functions:

  • IF STATEMENTS
  • VLOOKUP
  • INDEX MATCH
  • CONCATENATE
  • CONDITIONAL FORMATTING and more

Photo Manipulation:

  • Vector Tracing
  • Recoloring
  • and more

Website Design

Understanding of Javascript, CSS, HTML

Additional Responsibilities

  • Manage and update our websites on Big Commerce & Shopify
  • Help with email marketing campaigns end-to-end
  • Proofread emails, blogs, etc.
  • Learn everything you can about flags
  • Data entry

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Benefits:

  • Flexible schedule

Schedule:

  • 4 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
