You Role at TradeQuo:

  • Assisting new clients with their account onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for them.
  • Providing ongoing support to existing clients, addressing their queries and concerns regarding the operation of their accounts.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to resolve client requests and ensure timely and satisfactory solutions.
  • Ensuring that new and existing clients receive appropriate and accurate communications regarding their accounts and related services.
  • Managing communication channels, including website live chat, phone, and email, to assist clients whenever necessary.
  • Performing Back Office duties as required, which may involve updating customer records and ensuring compliance with KYC (Know Your Customer), AML (Anti-Money Laundering), and due diligence controls.

What we expect from you:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within the financial services industry.
  • Practical knowledge of or a strong interest in foreign exchange, derivatives trading, investing, or the financial markets.
  • Client-focused mindset with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships.
  • Aptitude for learning and applying new concepts quickly in a practical setting.
  • Excellent relationship management skills to effectively engage with clients.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
  • University degree in Economics, Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience with third-party electronic verification providers (e.g., World Check, Cloud Check, etc.).
  • Excellent communication skills in English and native language (VN/TH/PH/ID/CH)

Good to have:

  • Previous Work Experience in Forex or Finance Trading Industry
  • Strong Awareness of Market Trends, Emerging Technologies, and New FinTech Products and Business Models
