Qualifications
- 3 years in the IT sphere (SRE/OPS/TechSupport/DevOps/SysAdmin)
- 1 year of TL expirience - Experience diagnosing APIs, Web applications with data bases
- Understanding Java is a plus
- Experience with big data systems - Experience querying and updating databases
- Linux experience
- Experience supporting cloud native applications running in private/public cloud
- Experience with advanced log diagnosis
- Experience with unscripted diagnostics
Job Responsibilities
- Managing, optimizing, and supporting the Aeris BSS stack
- Proactively work with engineering on bug fixes and workarounds for functional integrity and to ensure the availability and performance of the solution
- On-call incident support for outages
