We are looking for a Project Coordinator to join our growth marketing team in the US. This teammate will manage projects and reports its cadences, schedule meetings, assimilate reports or presentation, document meeting notes, report expenses, and research online.

The Role
- Calendar management or schedule meetings for weekly 1:1 with direct reports and external
- Project management using Monday.com and make follow-ups with others on their deliverables
- Reporting cadence for projects being managed and for ad hoc tasks like learning to use the Net Promoter Score (NPS) software of the company
- Keep a to-do list for the client’s agenda management
- Generate expense reports
- Assimilate reports or presentations for weekly meetings
- Log meeting notes in Notion or a similar tool using Dubber (transcription tool)
- Research online based on the client’s search details and recommended resources
The Requirements
- Experience with Project Management tools like Monday.com, Notion, and similar
- Experience with a CRM is a must-have
- Experience with NPS Ask Nicely is a nice-to-have
- Experience with Calendar Management
- Should be detail-oriented and highly organized, proactive, resourceful, team player, and complete deliverables on time
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Can work in graveyard shift following any timezone in the US
