Van Oord has started a corporate startup that will offer a fully circular alternative to existing concrete products using GEOWALL® technology. By valorising dredging spoil, it is possible to produce a fully circular product with a low CO2 footprint, instead of traditional shoring, grass paving, clinkers, setts, crushed stone or other construction elements made of concrete. To make this possible, area-specific dredging spoil is used and there is a considerable saving on today's scarce primary raw materials, i.e. ''Building with nature'' at his best
This includes helping with market research, identifying potential clients and helping to develop the strategic plan. You will also collaborate with our Ocean Health and Environmental Engineering team, The higher the level of independence and responsibility, the more you can take the lead. A great opportunity to develop yourself further! Your further tasks:
- Create and develop strategies and doing market research;
- You work and think of ways to match GEOWALL® reef structures to customer needs;
- You support where necessary in setting up appropriate business processes;
- Support meetings with potential customers, internal stakeholders and clients.
- You are available from September for a minimum of five months;
- You are following a Bachelor study in the field of (technical) business administration, commercial economy, circular economy or a similar study;
- Excellent command of the Dutch language;
- Affinity with ecology and circularity
- You like innovation, are eager to learn and proactive;
- You are good at networking.
