WHAT IS THIS POSITION ABOUT?
The Field Ambassador Associate Manager is expected to deliver below business objectives with independent working capability and limited supervision from the line manager.
Responsible for the deployment of brand ambassador programs in the field for the HTS category. The job scope includes recruiting, building, training, and managing 3rd party brand ambassador team by coordinating and collaborating with other cross-functions. The brand ambassador role is for HTS product communication/education and guides after-sales service across different consumer touchpoints and also supports internal/external events.
New HTS channel development and management: With the market access of the new HTS category, there are potential business opportunities in new and unconventional channels other than existing traditional channels such as CVS and General Trade. The purpose is to explore and manage new and unconventional channels to increase awareness, acquisition, and retention of our HTS products to maximize presence and drive business growth.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Field Ambassador
- Drive and manage brand ambassador programs in the field to educate product knowledge and guide after-sales service across different consumer touchpoints, key points of sales, and trade events. The job scope includes recruiting, training, and managing 3rd party brand ambassador team to support all relevant marketing initiatives across different consumer touchpoints.
- New channel development and account management
- Explore new and unconventional channels for the HTS category including account management to maximize product presence and increase awareness, acquisition, and retention of HTS products in newly developed accounts and channels
- Cross-functional collaboration and communication
- Closely collaborate, communicate, and coordinate with other cross-functional teams especially with other marketing functions and sales teams to achieve the purpose and make it happen
- Ad-Hoc Support
- Provide ad-hoc support to Field Marketing and overall Marketing teams as needed to support the company's overarching business objectives.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- University Degree.
- At least 7 years of relevant experience in FMCG marketing, trade marketing, or sales functions
- Experience in new channel development is a plus
- Have cross-functional team collaboration and coordination experience
- Have a good understanding of the trade & retail environment and consumer behavior
- Fluent in speaking & writing in English and Mandarin
- Good writing, presentation, and communication skills

- Proven business acumen (e.g. ROI analysis)
