DOCUMENT CONTROLLER (HULU LANGAT) [Malaysia]

 

1. Coordinates all activities related to the Document Control procedure, including technical documents, drawings and commercial correspondence 2. Input document data into the standard registers ensuring that the information is accurate and up to date 3. Makes sure that controlled copies of latest approved documents and drawings are given to the appropriate staff, subcontractors and supplier as applicable 4. Maintain the documents and drawing in the documents and drawings and their distribution clearly 5. Maintain the documents and drawings n the Document Control file room under safe custody without any damage or deterioration with easy traceability 6. Maintain the files and control logs as required by the project site 7. Update Integrated Management System (IMS) 8. To undertake all other tasks/project as assigned by immediate supervisor/management from time to time.
