Digital Marketing Executive (Tiktok Specialist) [Vietnam]


 

Key responsibilities & duties:

  • Create strategy and manage in building & developing multi-channels on social network
  • Manage partnership with platform (Facebook, Tiktok…)
  • Manage Content Inventory & Advertising booking on social platform
  • Manage content production (video, post…) with a team of freelancers
  • Monitor performance & growth of all social channels
  • In charge of content calendar & daily publishing of Tiktok content
  • Manage and execute programming around key events such as New Season, K+Original premiere, Tet campaign
  • Additional duties: create short-form content for emerging platforms like Shorts, Reels, beside Tiktok

Requirements:

  • University degree in Economic, IT as background, in Marketing Communications is a plus, courses in Digital Marketing is a must
  • 2-3 year experience in Digital marketing/social platform
  • Innovating attitude and creative spirit
  • Strong experience with TikTok creation, trends, and influencer landscape
  • Prior experience in utilizing and managing Tiktok team
  • Prior experience in crafting short-form content for TikTok, Reels and Shorts
  • Knowledge of sports & cinema ecosystem
  • Passion for experimenting and staying up-to-date with new trends on TikTok
  • Meticulous with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
  • Outstanding organization, project management skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work non-traditional hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Experience in digital marketing agency or network is a plus
