Responsibilities
- Hiring & leading a team of operations specialists, packers and rider fleet.
- Establishing last mile processes. Streamline these processes and procedures to ensure each customer gets the same great experience.
- Over seeing inventory management. Weekly stock audits and sorting any inventory issues at the hub.
- Build partnerships and liaise with Delivery Service Providers (3PL) to determine services, the criteria for the delivery of those services, and how to develop solutions to any issues that arise.
- Determine staffing levels and assign workload.
- Maintaining records, document necessary information and utilize reports to project warehouse status.
- Daily reporting to HQ.
- To undertake other duties which may arise or as may be delegated from time to time.
About You
- Individual must have 3+ years’ experience in a reputable 3PL company (TCS, Leopard, Trax, Blue Ex or others) at a similar position.
- Experience leading a team of 10+ people.
- Microsoft Office skills.
