This is an on-site event which will be held at various locations depending on your chosen/assigned role. For any enquiries feel free to drop me a message. The jobs roles included are ushering and invigilation.

Attire: SIMOC T-shirts will be given out on the day of the event. Please wear long pants and covered shoes
ROLES FOR HIRE
Ushering and/or Exam Invigilation
Date: 21 July - 25 July
- preferred to be able to commit for all days but also can apply if only able to commit for 1 day
PAY
Weekday (Mon- Fri): 11/hr
Weekend (Sat & Sun): 12/hr

- 21st July (at AIRPORT ️)- Usher guests from Airport onto the coach
- 21st July (at HOTEL) - Usher guests from coach to Hotel and back
- 22nd July (at AIRPORT ️)- Usher guests from Airport onto the coach
- 22nd July (at HOTEL ) - Usher guests from coach to Hotel and back
- 23rd July (at Competition Venue) - Ushering + Exam Invigilation
- 23rd July (at HOTEL) - Usher guests from Hotel to coach and back
- 24th July (at HOTEL) - Usher guests from coach to Hotel and back
- 24th July (at Star Theatre , Buona Vista) - Ushering for Award ceremony
- 25th July (at HOTEL) - Usher guests from Hotel to coach
* Details of each role will be explained during compulsory training
EVENT TIMING
- Time for ALL Airport Ushering roles✈: 7.30AM to 10PM
- Time for ALL Hotel Ushering roles: 7.30AM to 10PM
except for the following:
- 23rd July: 6AM to 8AM
- 24th July: 1.30PM to 3.30PM
- 25th July: 9AM TO 12PM
- Time for at Competition (23 July ONLY) Venue for ALL roles: 6AM to 8PM
- Time for Award Ceremony Ushering(24 July ONLY): 8.30AM to 11.30PM

FAQ
- Ushers and Invigilators get paid the same hourly
- Everyone MUST undergo paid training (10/hr) on a separate day before the event (details will be provided closer to the date) (but NO pay will be given if you don’t attend the actual event)
- You MUST be available for the whole duration of the chosen date
- You will be notified through Whatsapp group chat of your assigned location as well as detailed role and responsibilities closer to the event date
- Fill in the registration form above to sign up
- Food will be provided (Halal food is also available)
- We will notify shortlisted candidates by the end of May (applications are open until 1 week before the event date)
